Welcome to the site of God Knew I Loved Pizza!

The cover of my book reflects the way I enjoy living my life...simple, yet fulfilling.  The book is available on line from Tate Publishing, Borders, Barnes & Nobles, Amazon, Target…and in all book/discount stores nationwide.  It is also available to you in AUDIO!  I have placed it for quick pick-up in several locations.  See the "Buy the Book" button on the left to connect to the publisher directly from this site or find a location near you for pickup.

I waited on the year of 2010 with great anticipation.  Last year I went through an injury that lasted for 8 months.  I am so thankful to be up again shaking up my world and working on the goals that I want to accomplish in my life.  I do not understand “I can’t” or “slow down” and that was probably a large factor in my injury. I will just have to live with that, as I never intend to become one who DOES understand those terms.

God Knew I Loved Pizza is landing in the hands of many.  I hear from many people regarding the motivation that it has given to them and that is so rewarding. People understand my purpose for writing the book.

I am always working on improvements and new products.  Ensuring the rights of those of us with disabilities is a top priority for me.  The laws protect our rights under ADA, but FH laws can protect where ADA fails us.  I recently fought a battle for FH and the law prevailed.  It does not just happen;  you have to work hard to ensure your rights.  Some people insist on attempting to make us "disabled" and attempting to brand us.  WE can and will sit strongly against them.   Join me in taking on the causes that we still face in society.

Dating and marriage are difficult today and I have the opportunity to work one on one with others, sharing tips about what I faced along the way.  I hope to help them find the faith to roll on.  Intimacy, privacy, survival and belief are challenges for all people in the world today, not just those with disabilities.  I continue to work with medical suppliers to test their products and I find this very rewarding.

The disability product that myself and my partner have been working on is now in our hands!  Much work goes into making a product the absolute best!! You will actually be able to put your hands on it shortly and it will be unveiled in a Near Med trade show.  It truly turned out to be one of the best products available on the market. Release to the public will be soon.

Continuing to educate able bodied persons about disability is as important as helping those disabled.  I try to do this on a daily basis.  As a population there is a need to understand that some have disabilities that are visible, for others they are hidden, but play no less of an impact in their lives.  Remember, a disability can be both physical and/or mental.

Again thanks for stopping by and check back often.  Please drop me a note to let me know that you dropped in. If you are currently on the down side of life climbing up or facing important decisions, remember the words from "The Bridge" by Billy Joel, "You must cross the bridge or fade away".

Until next time, seek out positive people.  Live, love and dance each day like it is your last.

Life is tough so get tough with it!
